Help I have a horrible problem!
When I try to go into sleep mode on my laptop Asus gl553 ve while it is running on battery, it turns off instead of going into sleep mode, but when I do it while it is plugged into power, it works normally.
I really don't know what the problem is but it's too annoying because it could damage my hard drive and my motherboard ;(
Please someone help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Ayuda tengo un problema horripilante
cuando trato de suspender mi laptop Asus gl553v estando con batería se apaga en vez de suspenderse, pero cuando lo hago estando enchufado a la corriente funciona de lo más normal
la verdad no se qué problema será pero es demasiado molesto porque se me puede dañar mi disco duro y la placa base ;(
por favor que alguien me ayude, se lo agradecería muchísimo
