My asus laptop shutdown randomly while in use. Then my laptop would not charge until i plugged it into another outlet. I tried turning it on only for it to shutdown again. As soon as i got in my battery level went from 100-50. I'm stumped. It comes up as a kernel 41 in event viewer, and no minidump was found. Maybe it was a faulty outlet that might have discharged my laptop and windows saw that out? Any ideas guys? It could just be a batteyr problem but my laptop was plugged in so im not sure. I've run malware and virus scans with nothing coming up.
