So I don't know if this the Laptop, the disc, the drive or the actual program (which I think it is) but here is the story. So recently I bought Iron Man 3 in Blu Ray and I inserted it into my G75VW, opened up normally. Then once it opened on Roxio Cineplayer it just stayed still on an image and wouldn't continue to any form of menu. I first thought it was a disc malfunction however I inserted my Avengers blu ray disc and it worked just fine. Anyone Out there that can help me figure out the source of this problem?
