ROG752-VY Win10 - BIOS 213 * SERIOUS ISSUE * ACIP.SYS takes 12% CPU, PC STUTTERING

Hi guys,
just for sharing an ISSUE and relative WORKAROUND waiting the new BIOS (I hope that ASUS Firmware-guys will read this post).

Few days ago I've updated the BIOS of my fantastic ROG757VY from v. 212 to 213.
All seems good ... but after fews days of use I feel something strange:
- Mouses connected with external USB3.0 lags a lot, also HD drives show warning messages in EventViewer. I given back back the HUB, believing they were the problem, but I was wrong!
- The System (Win10 anniversary, build 14393.187) loss reactivity ... some times same actions need more time ...

I'm not so newbie on ICT (over 25 years in activity) and I needed to know why a couple of great ICT things (Win10+ROG752) work so BAD!

I've found a bottleneck in a strange CPU use: Process System #4 use constantly 11.90 to 20% of CPU!
In deep: the Thread of ACPI.SYS, managed by this Process, consuming all of this CPU!

Pratically the Process System#4 is used to run a LOT (over 200 threads) of SW which run in KLERNEL MODE, like drivers!
I suppose that this process need to be run in a single CORE ... and ACPI.SYS use ALL of this core, see this img:

The EFFECT of this is VERY ANNOYING ==> ALL SYSTEM LAGS!
Because this Process handle a LOT of Windows base functionalities (almost all that need to interact with HW).

MY SOLUTION, that worked at 1st shoot: *** ROLLBACK BIOS to v.212 ***
I've tried some suggested workaround (), but none worked.

How rollback? See c_man post

This is the result with 212:

I hope this help someone not to lose hours, like me, to understand and solve.

Cheers.

Just an update.
Few days ago my ROG 752VY showed AGAIN the annoying problem with ACPI.sys HIGH CPU USE (one V-core full ever).

I has a 304 BIOS version .. I tried to rollback to 303, 213 ... but have not worked!

At the I've tried to rollback to 212 and WORKED!

Hey ASUS developpers ... you sleeping or what??? it's a serious issue and you what are you doing??? nothing???

They must have pulled the G752 VY page down, I'm still running 304 and having no issues at all, I'm also on windows 10 1809 without issues. The last time I check 304 was the latest BIOS released for the G752VY?

I just noticed that you report you're still on the anniversary version of Windows 10 build 14393.187, that would explain a lot since we are on April 1803 version Build 17763.55, just now with updates for CPU Attack solutions that you may not have installed to work with any solution Asus may have come up with? Updating will likely solve your issues.
