I installed Ubuntu on a laptop that already had Windows 10(dual boot). After the installation, my laptop no longer detects my SSD. It also no longer detects my bootable USB.
When I startup the laptop, it sends me directly to BIOS. I already tried resetting BIOS to factory default, but the problem persists.
