My situation is similar to the following post, but the only difference is I have upgraded to windows 11.

Before upgrade, it was showing the details properly.

ROG Gaming Center not showing CPU/GPU Info? - Republic of Gamers Forum - 668285

On this post someone also mentioned "It might due to the Intel Extreme Tuning Utilities / XTU3SERVICE is not started."

I tried but it doesn't turn on.

Any other guesses

@toronto699 I tried your link on the other post: https://rog.asus.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?60-G-Series-Gaming-Notebooks

I saw a list of other issues, can you please let me know if you know how to fix my issue?

Not showing CPU/GPU Info?

Maybe outdated driver? I might be wrong!

I do not have this laptop, but I have a G752VL with Windows 23H2 and had the same problems as you (same picture too, old driver!), but this is what I did.

Uninstall Rog Gaming Center
Uninstall Rog Macro Keys

Latest ASUS drivers for Windows 10 - Official links - Ivan Ridao Freitas

Download ASUS Rog Gaming Center Version 2.7.1 and install (I previously had version 2.6.1).
Download ASUS Rog Macrokey Version 1.0.6 and install (I previously had version 1.0.5). I never used them, but it works (blue color).
