OK, your installing UEFI, Your USB thumb drive was formatted Fat 32 you downloaded the ISO and copied it to the USB either RUFUS or Microsoft Tool?, on boot up you hit the ESC key and selected UEFI USB. If you do all this first, which Is all discussed in the Thread for Correctly Clean Installing 8 8.1 and 10 on install you install the IRST driver F6 I believe, once you select language hit the Shift and F10 that brings up Command Prompt use Diskpart to Clean the SSD then proceed with the install. First link I gave you explains exactly what you must do to install correctly to a UEFI system. the second link explains how to install the correct IRST Driver on G752 . Let windows Install create all the required partitions on your SSD, you just create confusion setting the partitions on your new SSD yourself.
Also you haven't said what G752 model you have but if its a G752VY you have this option also
