When I disassembled the device, there is VIK written on the RAM slot of the motherboard.
The keyboard was not working, when we replaced it, it still didn't work. When the batteries were removed and reset, the keyboard worked, but when Windows updated the driver, the keyboard stopped working again. I found an EC bios from another forum and wrote it, but it still didn't work, and when I tried a different EC bios for the second time, different problems arose. Now he doesn't see the keyboard at all. Shortly after the computer is turned on, the processor and graphics card fan run at 100%. Their speed never drops.
I uploaded the current and old bios files in case it would fix it, but there was no change.
