Resetting g75v running windows 10 stopped at 31% all night

Hi yesterday i start a reset on my g75v removing everything, and at 31% the reset stop i left it for 5 hours i went to sleep and today its still at 31% what should i do ? turn off the pc ?

Unfortunately you have to if it is frozen.

You might try downloading the ISO or set up USB from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10. Or if you want to go back to 8.1 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media.
Of course the easy way is to restore that IMAGE you created right before you tried that Windows 10 upgrade!
