i got a new laptop ASUS G75 vx win 8 on SSD... THE Question is can i replace win 8 with win 7?

I would run the Asus Backtracker Utility (link below) first to Image your OS, just in case you want go back to W8
Now you have to keep in mind that you will need a W7 license to activate, but I guess you already know that!

yep, you can, but i donot suggest you downgrate to win 7.
