Replacing/Fixing my GTX440m G73SW.

Hi so a year ago I broke my laptop, and from the way things appear to be its the graphic card that's broken, it was damaged by a physical force, and since my spare laptop doesn't rly run new games anymore I figured its about time I fixed the g73 😜

Soo the first thing I was thinking of is baking my graphics card, the issue with my GPU looks similar to the ones that get fixed by this method, I know its only temporary and it might break the card even further but since it doesn't work anyways it cant be that bad right ?;p
I was just wondering if you guys maybe know if there is any risk the baked card might cause some damage to the other parts of my laptop ?

And the other is ofc to just buy a new one, the thing is the only cards I found on ebay and amazon are all made in china and I wanted to ask if that means they would be of a lesser quality,
and also if you maybe know where I can purcharse a card like the original one I have in my g73sw.
I have not much knowledge of these things so I was hoeing maybe someone could tell me.

I was also wondering if there is any way of putting a faster ram than the original one.
Or if buying an ssd would help with using page file instead.

I did read up on these things first but its all still pretty confusing to me, which is why I came to ask you my noobish questions.

Thanks in advance for all the help
Regards

Hello King_of_ROP
I would not do that if I were you. Baking your card is not a wise thing to do. Even if it works in some way, you need to know what you are doing before doing anything. If you really want to fix your laptop, I suggest leaving this task to the experts and engineers.
