Hi,
I'm getting randomly the error "Error sending end of post message to me. System Halt." when booting the laptop using WOL (magic packet). This seems to be an bios error and this comes right after booting the system. I'm getting this error only when booting via WOL. The systems boots without problems after I reboot it again using the power button.
This was not happening before I upgraded some ram to one slot (+4GB, totally 12GB now, one slot available atm), so guessing the problems is in the added memory, but all memory tests have passed without problems. And the memory specs/timings should be the same as in the factory memory.
Can anyone confirm this is due to the added memory, or possible a hardware fault in my ROG laptop?
Laptop: G75VW-T1031V
New memory: Kingston Valueram 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NON-ECC CL11 SODIMM (KVR16S11/4)
