Question - LCD Display Panel

I have tried searching the ROG forums and the NBR forums and I have not answered my question. Is there an actual LCD Panel Display Driver for the G74SX (A1)? I know every desktop I have built with LCD panel has a driver. My G74sx-a1 states "Generic PNP Monitor".

Any thoughts?

When I look in the "Details" tab of my G74SX-A1 Monitor Properties and choose "Hardware Ids", the value is MONITOR\CMO1726. This is an LCD Monitor made by Chimei Electonics of Taiwan. To my knowledge, they do not supply a driver for this monitor.

I'm fairly certain you are not. I forgot to mention I did visit the ChiMei web site, and they did not offer any driver downloads.
