Hi,

Have you tried connecting the LAN cable yet and found any problems (you mentioned above 'it can connect automatically', but did you mean 'it can't connect automatically'?), or are you connecting the LAN cable to the same router (at your home?) for wifi?

Depending on your network set up, it can get more complicated, but normally connecting the LAN cable to your home router is easier than connecting to wireless.

Just plug in your LAN cable from your router to your notebook, wait a few seconds for the network and internet connection to be detected, and open your browser or do whatever you like while connected to the internet.

You might also want to disable your wifi if you're worried about using it instead.

Thanks.

I've had multiple issues with the network connectivity on these laptops from issues with connecting to the WIFI to latency issues.

They install a software called Gamers First III to control network traffic so that games take priority but I've had nothing but issues with this. Uninstalling this had a very positive effect on my system. It reduced major latency issues and now all of my WIFI and wired connections are seamless. You could do some investigating with this to see if this might be causing you issues.
