Problems with sound

Hello, i have 2 problems with my note:

1) Since i bought this laptot (newer) in 04 march 2013 When i have continuous music playing, i notice that sometimes the music will lag and create a very low screeching/distorted sound/ by few seconds, and it happen many times! I am not using my laptop to play games, i use only to access internet explorer and facebook at this moment!!!!
I uninstalled the mcaffee, i updated the bios and audio drivers to latest version (from asus) and i still have the screeching/distorted sound when i am playing songs in media player.

Problem 2:

When i updated my video driver (nvidia gtx 670m) to latest version (320.18), when i was using my HDMI connection (Using TV+ laptop monitor) my computer was freezing/ no response many times since i updated the driver. Then, i restored the system (Windows 8 restore option F9 key option) and installed the driver 314.22, and i havent more that system crash, BUT SOUND screeching/lag still continues...

Please Help me

Windows 8 (default) 16gb RAM 750 + 256(SSD) Nvidia gtx 670m Intel Core I7 3630QM

1. how is you set volume? could you try clean your CD driver.
2. are you install driver from asus websit for VGA driver?

ps: i have the sound screeching/distorted sound when i am using my notebook speakers, too when i am using my headset logitech g930 or when i connected my notebook sound by conection hdmi (using tv to Logitech Z5500 audio system). Anyway dont matter where i am listening, i always have this problem.

I am listening mp3 musics, not from CD driver.
I installed the sound drivers from ASUS website, and VGA driver (before recovery) from Nvidia website.
My problem it is when i am listening musics files from pc.
