Problems with G750JW factory resetting

For some reason, I can't factory reset it. When I press F9 during boot it doesn't work. Neither does FN and F9. Not even safemode F5 works. I bought it a few weeks ago and I need to factory reset it. No matter how many times i press these, or even hold them in, windows will just restart normally. I don't even get something that would indicate an error. Windows just doesn't seem to respond to it.

I wonder if anyone knows about fixes or has any suggestions.

/Thanks in advance

might be your recovery partition is removed, have you created any Recovery Media? like pen drive or any kind of discs?

No I have not. Do you need recovery media to do it? Why do i need a partition media to do it?

yes you have to use ASUS BackTracker to save the recovery partition to an external 16 GB USB stick.

But even without doing that. IF your F9 isn't working means you deleted your recovery partition by mistake

just check in he Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Disk Management, and post a screenshot of what you see there

Did you ever manage to solve this issue? I'm having the same problem, my laptop doesn't do anything when I press F9 during POST. I checked my disk management, and all the correct partitions are there. I don't understand why it's not working. I also have the G750JW.

You have to press the buttons way before the logo appears. As in press the power button (from shutdown) and start going crazy on ESC (for bios) and F2, F9, or F10 (I forget which one) for the restoring option. If you see the logo appear, it's too late.
