Probleme with fans g751j i7 gtx 840m

Hello everyone ,

My laptop is starting normally everything is ok but the 2 fans are not starting even when the cpu is at 85 C° the fans doesn't start so it's overheating i changed the motherboard and tried with other RAMS and still have the same issue 

Laptop : Asus Rog G751J  I7-4710 gtx 840m 2go 16go ram

Check if the fans are running when the laptop boots up.

nope they don't start at all

In that case, the problem is hardware-related. Make sure that the fans are in working order (!), and that they are installed correctly (connectors).

they are correctly installed but idk if they work do you think i need to buy and try other ones ?

Replace them only when they turn out to be defective, but it is worth checking if they work by applying voltage to their connector disconnected from the motherboard.
