Ok I have a G73SW-3DE, I know that the Power 4 Hybrid Software that came with it dont support OverClocking...

1. Is there any reason why it dont have it on SandyBridge G series?

2. If I install a Power 4 hybrid from the G73Jw series to the G73sw series will it let me overclock?

3. how much boost do I realy get out of it and is it even worth it?

It was removed because Intel's TurboBoost was more effective, so it no longer was needed. Just use it normally, it will overclock automatically.
