Power supply issue

Hi all !

I own a G75VW laptop and recently i had issue with my power supply who failed.

it's a 180W (19V 9.5A) and in the market near my place i found a 90W (19V 4.74A) universal power supply.

I bought it and it work but i'm asking my self if i should keep it or find a 180W power supply.

Will it be any side effect to have only 90W as power supply or will it be only about the time it take to recharge the Battery ?

hi i also had a power supply block that died and bought one of those 90 watt supplies ...do your self a favor and find the 180 watt the 90 is just not up to the task of powering the g75 under the load of gaming ,it will charge the battery slower also ,lucky for me mine was still under warranty so asus sent me a new one ,if your out of warranty there r asus 180 watt supplies on amazon for around $134

i suggest you buy 180W, because spec is 180W, G serious need more power wattage then other NB, i am worry if not enought wattage, it is can not power on system.
