I have installed the version (2083) . If i start the GPU tweak tool, the SW crash with the following message:

APPCRASH
Application name: GPUTweak.exe

i have the nVidia 296.10

Idea?

I would recommend NvidiaInspector over the Asus tool.

P9790 3DMarks - No overclock. - Only tinkered with some CPU options in modded BIOS.



For some reason Core Temp thinks I have a 2840QM.

I get a very low score on g53sw with 460m.

I thought the 460 was better than the crippled 560, so how come someone with a g53sx gets 8777 marks? http://3dmark.com/3dmv/4033611
Also I have to run the benchmark without using throttlestop, else my system crashes and shuts down (cpu goes to 98°C)

Check the CPU and GPU scores of those two results. GPU is very similar but something is up with that CPU score.

Edit: Also the G53sw looks to only have 4gb ram.
