I have a ROG Strix G532LWS and it currently has an i7 10875H. Is there any way I can upgrade it and if so, what is the best cpu that would work?

If it's a laptop you are out of luck. But I suggest next time you should buy a https://frame.work/  laptop if you want to upgrade.
