Hello! im kind a NEWBIE here and also for my g752vy

I have installed OS in 128 SSD and split the 1TB to 500gb

Im using only Photoshop and Illustrator pdf's and some antivirus installed in 128 SSD

My question is "while im using photoshop and illustrator my g752vt working slow, smething like while im saving, pasting image, and sometimes it CRASH

please help me step by step, so i can work on my laptop and going to love this on., im always pissed of this working slow.,

I am using the same model as yours, there is no problem.. how long did you clen installed windows? Sometime hdd ran 100% when it keeping update..

my os installed on 128 SSD and all other apps

I clean installed windows last month (but i dont have F9 auto recovery, so I manually installed it thru windows) is this might be a problem?

It should not be. Mine using the other windows 10.

so what could it be the problem? i thought upgrading is best way to make my work fast., but its not (my prev unit was rog g73jh 1.3ghz i7..

have you made sure you have the latest version of the BIOS?

also, photoshop is a rather processor and RAM intensive process, so it sounds like it's throttling somewhere... have you ran anything like CCLeaner to check for broken registry records? (just in case it is a software issue)

im pretty sure all bios and hardware installed correctly,. if NOT?! where can i check if my bios is updated?

What I have is AVG PC TUNE UP for cleaning, and AVG Internet Security for Anti Virus. I also have MBAM


I dont have much games, I only have Garena LOL installed on drive F: and KOFXI coppied on F: also

I bought that same model computer for my son last year and had W10-64 clean installed. Same config on drives except the SSD with W10 is 512GB (Samsung 950) not 128GB like yours. He's never any issues with that computer, knock on wood. Is it possible with only 128GB drive you have it too filled? Not sure what else you installed, but games fill it up fast and 128GB isn't a huge drive with Windows on it plus a bunch of major apps. Photoshop's not too big but Illustrator is I think? Plus anything else? Check space to be sure.

What virus protection you running? Could be you need to use the Task Manager to pinpoint high disk or memory usage items when you get that throttling effect.
