Would anyone know if its ok to use the current GeForce 320.18 Driver for my 670MX instead of the driver from the Asus website?

yes, the NVIDIA drivers will be OK to use.

The drivers provided by ASUS have been tested and verified to work with your laptop.

I have yet to see a case where the NVIDIA drivers have messed anything up.

If you haven't experienced any problems it's not an problem.

If you have problems use the driver from ASUS.

The newer drivers of NVIDIA are better for gaming and the ASUS is best compatible with many things
(they do tests with those drivers if it works good they upload it on the ASUS Driver site. )

I use the nvidia drivers without any problems.
I also have the ge force experience installed, saves me a lot of trouble.

I would advise you to avoid the 320.18 update. I have a G75vx and i installed the 320.18 version and have been experiencing a lot of problems.
Imo, you should stick with the 314.22 version till the next update from nvidia.
