hello ,

i bought a new laptop ASUS G73S series

my problem is always if i watch movie or play something i get BLUESCREEN

-ntoskrnl.exe

why that happen? and how i can fix that 😞

i tryed with recovery all and i update all drivers but nothing helps

i hope anyone of u here can help me here

Well, ntoskrnl blue screen is somewhat generic but it is often cause by faulty memory. I would run memtest86 and see if that shows any problems.

my bro have done allready the memtest86 and he said that the tst havent found something wrong or any errors 😞

ntoskernal errors are caused by low level failures: you're in the realm of bad hardware, driver failures, and overclock instability, or overheating of some component.

If you are doing any overclocking, dial down to stock and see if it continues. I would also monitor the system and see if anything is overheating.

If it continues, maybe it's time to have it RMA'd.

ntoskernal is often the place it finally crashes but the origin is down the call stack further - in a driver or other system level code.

Grab the mini-dump crash file and look for more detailed info!

Assuming you are using Windows 7...

Dump files should be created by default when BSODs occur.

To view them, download BlueScreenView (click here).

Run it.

In the top pane click the minidump (*.dmp) file for the most recent BSOD (or pick one you are interested in).

The bottom pane will show the file(s) involved in the crash marked pink. What are those files?
