Hello all, have a ASUS G750J ROG laptop. Here's the problem--

Plug AC into computer, get nothing at all from computer. No lights, just nothing.
Have removed the battery, held power button down for one minute with the battery removed and AC unplugged.
Did some research, found that it could be the AC adapter itself not outputting enough power anymore. Don't currently have access to a volt meter until Monday. Any thoughts?

Thank you!

birdmachine, from the context it sounds like it was working, and then stopped?

Which model do you have you said G750J, which isn't specific enough, the JW/JX/JM/JS use the 180w adapter, and the JH/JZ/JY use the 230w adapter.

If it is DOA out of the box, and.or you are still within the return period, return it for another one. If it is past return period, file a Technical Inquiry with Asus and work with them to debug and RMA if needed.

https://vip.asus.com <== create a login, register your laptop, and file a Technical Inquiry for debugging and eventual RMA as needed.

Please come back and let us know how it works out 🙂
