No Blu-ray Drive on my G75V! :(

Do you know what absolutely baffles me? Why did ASUS leave out the Blu-ray Disc drive from this model? It was on my G73JW model. Why not this one? Everything else is perfect. As a video producer (with Blu-ray Disc production in my workflow), I find this, again, baffling. How can I get a BD drive in my G75V?

It is actually on some models. Unfortunately, mine, the $1600 model with 16 gigs of ram, also lacks a blue ray drive. It's easy to swap out though if you want. Mine also came with dinosaur age 5400rpm hard drive, which I've added an ssd.

Importance of doing your research prior to purchasing. As Saosinner said, the BD drive is on some configurations. As for getting a BD drive in the G75, search the forums, there's a thread out there that mentions which one will fit.
