New G75 Need help

hiii guys just got my g75vw from newegg got imported it to kuwait when i was installing Diablo 3 league of legends and steam i got a folder on my home screen called Logs when i opend it, show me a note file with this information in it, can someone please explain this.

The log indicates a Diablo 3 installation error. See http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/4008281608?page=1 for others reporting this issue and recommendations to resolve it.

FIXED PROBLEM, BY DOING THIS:
1. PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL
2. OPEN WINDOWS TASK MANAGER
3. PRESS PROCCECES
4. FIND DIABLO 3 SETUP, ITS ABOUT 53 KB
5. DELETE IT
6. GO BACK TO THE DIABLO 3 FILE ON YOUR HARD DRIVE
7. PRESS DIABLO 3 SETUP AGAIN
8. UDATING SHOULD POP UP
9. WAIT FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES AND INSTALL..FIXED MY PROBLEM

But i have 1 question, as a fellow Kuwaiti I'm wondering how you managed to buy something of Newegg.com

They used to accept my NBK (National Bank of Kuwait) Credit card but not anymore, I even Tried Paying With Paypal

with not much luck...
