New boot SSD and 750 GB HDD for data, how?

I have good instructions on doing clean install of Win7 on new SSD from a forum post I put up earlier in week.

When I complete that I want to use the SSD just for Win7, MS OFFice and maybe a few other application programs only. I'd like all my users and their data to be on the second 750 GB hard drive. How do I do this?

It seems you can easily put individual folders on the second drive but how do you automate this so all users and all their folders (hidden as well) all get saved to the second HDD?
