New battery question for Asus g74sx!

Hi! Just got a new battery to replace the original Asus battery. According to CPUID hwmonitor, the wear level of this new battery was 5% the first day. I charged it, full, and use it until I got a critical level battery. Closed the computer, plugged to charge. Full. Use it today for the 2nd time, and wear level is alreadh 10,5. I run an old vaio. almost 4 years, and level wear is only 19. So I'm a bit confused. This new battery is not as performant as the original Asus, it's a 14,4V 4400 mAh only. Took only 2 hours, doing absolutely nothing, to discharge. Is there anyting I can do. My computer just came back from repair (connector) I asked them to check psu and battery, they said nothing, so I assume everything is fine. The computer passed all the "tests". A clean up was done, apparently.

Is CPUID reliable? Don't want to bother so much, but the warranty is ending in 4 months. I spent a lot for this computer, so I just want to make sure everything is OK. Thanks for any advice!

Hi! this new battery is for a replacement, from Costco's conciergerie. My laptpo was under warranty for a year with Asus. One year with Costco. I had the connector replaced some days ago, it was broken. And I asked for a new battery, the original one was absolutely dead after 18 months only. 😞 They sent me a generic one. It's not from Asus.
