Slavictoire, I just tried Netflix tiled app, and it was slow to go for me too, stuck at 7% for quite a while, then zipped up to 100% and started ok finally.
I tried IE and Chrome, and it started right up without delays
I rarely use the tiled app because you can't resize it and share with normal desktop apps. IE/Chrome work well - I don't like using the same browser I use for browsing to host the video I am watching - so Firefox is reserved for browsing.
You could try accessing Netflix from browsers and/or a tablet/phone to see if the problem is with the app/computer/network or Netflix.
I recall having a Netflix update among the Microsoft store updates I recently applied, you might check for an update waiting for the tiled Netflix.
