Need help wiping hard drive on rog g7507 with fresh install from win7 disk

hey all having a prob with my laptop to much crap and i hate widowns 8. problem is when i try to do a fresh install with my windows 7 disk the system will only allow me to install on one of the partions on the disk and i want to get rid of them all to make one partions but it computer tells me that i can only do it when you do a fresh boot format when putting the disk it .. but the problem is when i went into the bios it has no option to allow me to boot from a disk it only has a setting for the hard drive . So really need some help to get this to allow me to wipe the hard drive and do a fresh install of windows 7. has anybody else been threw this before?

(Step 6B will show how to format, and wipe drive)
