I would reset Gaming Center to default, and uninstall it. Work with your drivers until you get your notebook to settle in again.

in your case if you have actually damaged your GPU that would take an RMA to fix it?
to repeat myself a restore to factory condition might have worked for you if you still had the Original recovery partition. Although I don't know of anything in it that would repair a damages GPU
At this point all you can do is insure your BIOS is up to date, Make sure all your hardware drivers are from the Asus Download site, all known to be working drivers for your notebook . If that doesn't get you going RMA will be your option as your hardware must be defective?
