my keyboard doesn't work (G531GT)

After installing the hotfix on the asus website my keyboard doesn't work anymore.

I've tried countless things and nothing has worked

plz help me

Now go back into your Device Manager and try to update your keyboard driver:

Is your keyboard responsive now? If not your keyboard controller on your motherboard is bad. Requires motherboard replacement.
