my keyboard doesn't work (G531GT)

After installing the hotfix on the asus website my keyboard doesn't work anymore.

I've tried countless things and nothing has worked

plz help me

What hotfix?
Did you uninstall then reinstall the ATK package?

At the bottom of the ASUS G531GT Download Center page you can find the Hot Fix:

this hotfix ruined my keyboard, before installing it worked perfectly.

Please post a copy of your Device Manager with expanded Keyboards.

how do you know that your laptop keyboard is not working..
Is keyboard is working in Bios and In safemode and in Recovery mode.
Intel i5 7200U_ Nvidia 940MX _Windows_11_Enterprise_64bit_22H2_buildno_22621.754

Take a look at the picture below:

The red arrow is pointing to your laptop's internal keyboard.

I want you to uninstall all the Dispositivio de teclado HID devices (right click, unistall).

Last, unistall the PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 Keyboard (100-102 teclas)

Then restart your laptop.

Check your laptop's keyboard. Working?

Any changes to your Device Manager?

Post new picture of your Device Manager.
