Plug-in an external keyboard, copy your important data to a USB, include a copy of the eSupport Folder, format your OS drive, install a fresh copy of Windows 10, then using the ASUS Installation Wizard found in the eSupport Folder, install all the original ASUS drivers and programs, then allow Windows 10 to update itself.
If you are unable to perform the above, then i"m afraid you screwed-up the laptop beyond repair and will require a new motherboard to sort out all the misery.
Or, take the laptop to someone who can manage the repairs.
