My graphics card is not detected by laptop

I have Asus ROG Strix g53gd, I don't really from when but recently i found out my graphics card geforce gtx 1050 is not connected anymore and it led to me gettig less fps etc in gaming. Is there anything I can do? One similar post i found here years ago did not have any solution.

Go into your bios and make your Nvidia Geforce as primary display.

Sorry, I dont own your model of laptop hence I not sure about it. Just follow the instruction on Asus support page on how to access the laptop bios, and look for the option.

So before you replied i try some options..they say that i should uninstall the driver and do scan hardware changes after that and the driver will come back, but it does not com back. What should i do? When i download and install drivers from nvidia it says there is no supported hardware .
