Hello all,

I believe my mother board is shot on my G751JY. Is there any way to prove this? When I hit the power button (plugged in, or not), it turns on for 5 seconds, black-screen, no keys light up, then shuts off. This happened after one night of gaming. Then the next morning it crashed. I have never dropped this computer at all. I did have an issue with my factory SSD crashing in July. I replaced it with a Samsung 950. I had to purchase the Windows 8.1 media from ASUS to get it going again. Please help!?:(

FYI, I had a bad ram slot. If both ram sticks were plugged in, it wouldn't boot. I had the MB replaced.
