My Asus G55V can't switch on.

It's been 1 week after I bought it. Now I can't turn on my laptop even the battery it's fully charged and yes I can see the Battery Charging LED is on. I usually take out the battery from it so it don't go overcharged and damage the battery.

Need help plox, is it hardware problem?

More info about it, while it charges the battery, the Battery LED is on.
