Mousepad driver (Asus Gesture) cold boot problem..reboot ok?

Okay so.. silly problem with touchpad driver.

When cold booting to Desktop, the Touchpad Driver doesn't work.. (Asus Gesture)

But if I reboot, the driver then begins to work, no problem..

Anyone know the fix to make it work from cold boot? :f

heh! There was no sadness...
i read the post and checked - powered off then powered on (cold booting to Desktop) and touchpad not scrolling (2 fingers) and not zooming!
After reboot all works fine. Strange magick.

upd: no need rebooting, just switch off and switch on device "ASUS Precision Touchpad" in HID Devices.

Ah, that's why my usual fix didn't work. Since I've not formatted.. that faststartup thing's still enabled in the OS. Need to find it manually.. :f
