Microphone issues

The microphone system installed in the G75V is just mad. I tried every setting possible, even the driver update. The result is Bad audio and ECHO, almost all time. If I attach an external microphone, evrything is ok. I do not know what si going on, and I am looking for a help.

I tested out the included LifeFrame program that comes pre-loaded on the G75 and the audio quality on my system is fine. I don't hear any echo or bad quality audio capture. It's definitely not a professional sound recording rig, but it's not bad.
