hello my MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card disconnects every 11-12h also it has Lag Spikes, its only in  the game League of Legends in WOW it is working what should i do? i have newest drvier software from 2.2.23

Hello i finally found an solution for that problem.

1. Download this version of the Driver https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/amd-600-series/drivers-amd-mediatek-wifi-bluetooth/td-p/857576/page/8

2.Go in Device Manager - Networkadapters and select properties at Mediatek Card

3. change at advanced from 8.02.11ac to AX and its fixeD!

I am  facing the same issue for months applied every solutions even on YouTube the last thing I found is that this adapter rhas issue while switching between frequencies basically it is more preferable to connect to 5GH than 2.4GH .So when iwas using my private wifi on 2.4GH it was crashing as soon as I shifted to 5GZ it stopped and worked well whole day .Also if it faces a little drop from your router it may crash .The issue is with the adapter itself as it is working as  both wifi and Bluetooth hybrid  wireless adapter  .My suggestion buy an intel ax200/201 adapter or u can follow my suggestion for your router to fix it .Another stuff u can also set preferable band to no preferable under same settings shown above

why everyone is having same issue i have to restart my laptop in every 5-10 min because of this now i am very frustated

I wrote a solution a few months ago, sadly only worked for about 2 days. After try all your solutions with a failure result, I recurred to a friend who had the same issue and he told me the final solution:

Seems like this model have the slot for SSD right up to the WIFI adapter so if you open your laptop and its fans are full of dust and fluffy stuff, it is probable that they are not cooling the SSD as they should, provoking overheat that also affects the WiFi Adapter.

In short, the solution was:

1. Open the Laptop.

2. Clean both fans.

3. Remove SSD to clean it.

4. Remove WiFi Adapter, and also clean it.

5. Install back the WiFi adapter and then the SSD.

The end.

I don’t have any problem again and has been about 4 months. Most solutions leaved here work just for a few days and the problem appeared again. So, I leave this solution that works for me hoping that works for you too.

my laptop is ASUS TUF FX506HC using Nvidia GPU and currently im facing this problem my MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card always disconnects every time with an uncertain time, can i use that AMD driver for my Nvidia GPU? i need a solution its so annoying 😞

I found out that my problem is the router!!! I move to new house and bought a new router, now my connection speed x3 faster and the problem with my driver mt7921 solved hope this will help you ^^

Hiii, my issue with the  WIFI card and the  sign is gone and it his choice when it will come i had restart that ****** many times again its disappearing in the wifi pannel, and i checked in device manager in network adaptors there i used to see that card is hidden. and i already tried losts of drivers they is not working. should i change that WIFI card?

Download a software called Driver Booster by IObit. ( this is not a paid ad or any endorsement, just google the software). Use the software to update all your pending drivers ( it is free). My driver was 2022 version which got updated to 2024 and since then its been 3 months now. I have not had any issue what so ever.
