Media Remote hot tip for g74

Started using the HDMI port to watch movies and now looking for a simple remote that works well. Just needs The basic of functions.

Hmm, you have connected your notebook to the TV and need to access your notebook but don't want to stand up and change what's on ?

How about a wireless mouse/keyboard?


EDIT: If you have smart phone, then perhaps there is a computer remote controll app that you can install on your phone and notebook. 🙂

I've got a Bluetooth mouse but it's a bit fiddly using on the couch and turning volume up and down.

Was looking at the iPhone apps but nothing jumps out at me. If anyone has a recommendation im willing to give its go.

You could set the volume on the notebook at 100% and then use the remote controll for the TV to adjust the volum 🙂

Hmm.... I don't own any apple products sinc I don't like them, so I have no recommendation for you on that platform =/

I have PowerDVD 12 Ultra. It does come with a remote app for i-Phone and Android. Works great!
