Low Audio on G53SX

i dunno urs but ma g53sx kinda let me down wif d audio, is it normal? because when i do compare with other laptop not gaming, the audio coming from ma laptop is low compare to ma friends, is it normal? ==

btw not forget to mention that i do update all the drivers to the latest one, help me 😞
i've gaming laptop but the audio really damn pathetic =="
