Low 3dmark 11 score for g751jt?

Hello all,

I have recently bought a Asus G751JT and is overall very happy with it. However, I have started to do benchmarks and the score in 3dmark 11 seems a bit low. According to the marketing posters for G751JT, the laptop should score over 9,3k (see attachment) but I am only scoring 9,1k maximum.

So I am just wondering what you guys, who have G751JT, are scoring in 3dmark 11? And if you are scoring significantly better what is your settings?

Disable shadowplay and update to the latest drivers, or at least 347.25

I am using drivers 347.52 already. I can also mention that I am using bios 205 and have unlocked the "last" multiplier in Intel XTU.

How do I disable shadowplay?

Open GEforce experience and click on the shadowplay button on top right of the window. If the button is green it is turned on, if the button is gray then leave it like that.

It is grey and I still do not get better then 9100 in 3dmark11...

Thanks for the help so far NitroX.

No problem. What you could do is to use an OnScreenDisplay like MSI Afterburner and check the frequencies when you run the benchmark. Maybe the GPU doesn't go into full performance mode, and then you should go to Nvidia control panel and select "Prefer maximum performance" for 3DMark 11.
