Latest Bios update for G75VW

I am thinking of updating the Bios but I am not sure if it would mess up my system.
Can anybody please give some advice regarding Bios updates?

If your system is not having any specific issues, there's probably no reason to update the bios. You'll just be putting your system at an unnecessary risk.

My system runs perfectly, i just thought after updating the Bios that it might have a positive effect on the performance.

I concur never be in a rush to update bios unless it's 100% required to resolve a known issue.
