I have been receiving this error for quite some time after updating my Windows 8.0 to Windows 8.1. Anyone have solved solution for this? My laptop model is G750JX.
it might be caused by incompatible drivers. if you haven't already done so, you should check out the asus support page to get and install the latest compatible drivers for your OS.
