There is an option to not charge the battery when G751JT connected to AC?
I mean that it will work only from the AC and not use at all the battery.

it stops charging automatically when it reaches 100%. No, asus does not provide the option for manually turning off charging.

It's a "smart" battery, It stops charging when full. Hence no problemo.
