Is it possible to setup my ROG G75V with my Razer Tiamat 7.1?

I just bought a Razer Tiamat 7.1 for christmas for the G75V. Did I just waste all of that money or is there a way to get this to work?

yes, i think it is able to use, ROG laptop is gaming modle.

I currently use the Tiamat 7.1 as well. I have it paired with a VANTEC 7.1 to USB audio adapter, which can be bought for $30-50 depending on location; Don't knock it until you've tried it!
