Mine one (ITA version) has Samsung memories, DDR4 2133mhz of course.

Looks like it comes with 2 slot for NVMe SSD, Possible Raid 0?

It's "phisically" possible, but with actual BIOS (205) there isn't configuration panel for RAID option (menu for stripe size, number of disk, type of RAID, etc...) maybe will be added later with another version.

NB: for G752 NVMe mode is "locked" grey in RAID mode to allow communication with IRST chipset. actually NVMe disks are not under SATA3 controller.
