SO i have a G750JW-BBI7N05 from best buy. my smart pad just been going crazy from day one.
The smart pad(muse), will right click and move a lot when i try to use it most of the time. some time it work just fine and then its just goes crazy. im hopeing this is a known issue... even tho Asus says it not.
Now i have updated all window updates, drives, and Asus bio.
Asus told me to do a refresh/or reset. i did a refresh, and when that didn't work i did a reset. but still had the same issue, so i thought the track pad was just off, and took it back to BEST BUY. I walked out of best with a brand new G750JW-BBI7N05 never open... updated all window updates, drives, and Asus bio and have the same ISSUE with the smart pad...
im at lost, i been looking online. all i can see is that "ellen ps/2"(name my be off) smart pad driver been have having issue on windows 8.1. im still running windows 8.
SO if i cant fix it by tomorrow, im just going to have to ask for my $ back of get something else. Which i dont want to do. i didnt know much about Asus Before getting this Pc, but i quickly fell in love with.
